We are happy to deliver & pick up rented equipment.
However, please note: We will drop off as close to your event as our truck can get. Our drivers are NOT allowed to move equipment more than 15 feet from the truck. Please make arrangements to get equipment to your location from the drop off spot. Equipment must be broken down & stacked neatly in the same location for pick up. Additional charges will apply to equipment not broken down and/or not returned to the pick-up location.
Return fee: $100
(We may have up to 10-15 deliveries to pick up. If items are not broken down or in the correct spot, we may move on to the next pick up if breaking down the equipment will cause a significant delay.
If we come back, a fee will be assessed)
Breakdown Fee: $75
(If tables, chairs, umbrellas, etc. are still set up, this fee will be assessed)
Wrong location Fee: $75
(If items are not in a location, within 15 feet of where our
truck can pick them up, this fee will be assessed)
If you need labor to move and/or set up & breakdown the equipment, please make arrangements with our office prior to your delivery. There is a labor fee of $25 per person when arrangements are made prior to delivery. Arrangements MUST be made when order is confirmed & time requested can be scheduled. Drivers may not stay longer than requested time.
No refunds on labor.
El Dorado Hills
Delivery fee is based on how labor intensive and the equipment is, the vehicle required for delivery, the distance and travel time for delivery and is no longer a flat fee based only on zip code or distance.
Customers requiring specific delivery time may consider renting a truck to pick up the rentals at the earliest available time. An additional fee may be paid to get equipment an extra day early or keep it an extra day when needed.
Our delivery drivers are unable to guarantee the delivery time and on busy weeks, we may begin deliveries before Friday and deliver before or after regular hours. We do not charge any additional fee for delivery outside normal hours, made for our convenience. A fee equal to 2x the delivery fee will be charged for requesting delivery outside normal hours. We do not transport the rental items more than 15 feet from the truck. If you need equipment to be transported to the event site, please let us know when placing the order and the charge for that service may be included. Requests to the driver at delivery that cause delay to other deliveries will result in a fee equal to 3x the delivery fee being assessed. Delaying the driver will cause other deliveries to be late and upset the next customer, especially when they have a crew waiting to set up. Please be considerate and make arrangements with us in advance.

Payment is due one week prior to event. If order is placed less than a week prior to event, payment is due at the time order is placed. No refunds after order is confirmed and paid. Items may be added after order is confirmed, if they are available but items cannot be removed after order is confirmed.
